General Terms and Conditions – Alma Golf

Alma Travel is a modern golf travel agency specializing in golf trips for groups, companies and private parties. We offer complete solutions within golf trips including trip planning, booking, flights, accommodation, green fees, transfers, restaurant reservations, activities, competition arrangements, leaderboard solutions and personal digital travel pages for all participants.

2. Booking
En bokning är bindande när kunden skriftligen accepterat offert, bokningsbekräftelse eller separat reseavtal från Alma Golf samt erlagt eventuell anmälningsavgift enligt överenskommelse.
Vid gruppresor ansvarar huvudbokaren för kommunikationen mellan Alma Golf och samtliga resenärer i gruppen. Huvudbokaren ansvarar även för att samtliga deltagare tar del av dessa villkor samt övrig relevant reseinformation.
Eventuella särskilda villkor som framgår av offert, bokningsbekräftelse eller separat avtal gäller före dessa allmänna villkor.
3. Payment
Betalning sker enligt de betalningsvillkor som anges i offert, bokningsbekräftelse eller separat avtal.
Normalt gäller följande:

Anmälningsavgift: enligt offert

Slutbetalning: senast 30–60 dagar före avresa beroende på destination, leverantör och reseupplägg
Vid sen eller utebliven betalning har Alma Travel rätt att avboka resan samt debitera avbeställningskostnader enligt gällande villkor.
Alma Travel förbehåller sig rätten att justera priset vid förändringar i exempelvis:

flygskatter
-
valutaförändringar
-
bränsletillägg
-
myndighetsavgifter
-
leverantörspriser
-
golfanläggningars avgifter
Sådana prisändringar kommuniceras skriftligen till kunden.
4. Cancellation
Avbokning ska alltid ske skriftligen via e-post till Alma Travel.
Följande avbokningskostnader gäller om inget annat särskilt anges i offert, bokningsbekräftelse eller separat reseavtal:

mer än 90 dagar före avresa: anmälningsavgiften återbetalas ej

89–60 dagar före avresa: 50 % av totalbeloppet
-
59–30 dagar före avresa: 75 % av totalbeloppet
-
mindre än 30 dagar före avresa: 100 % av totalbeloppet
I vissa specifika fall kan andra avbokningsvillkor gälla beroende på flygbolag, hotell, golfresort, specialbokningar, gruppavtal eller andra externa leverantörers regler. Om sådana särskilda villkor gäller ska detta tydligt framgå i offert eller kontrakt som kunden godkänner innan bokning.
Ej återbetalningsbara tjänster från externa leverantörer debiteras alltid fullt ut.
5. Rebooking and name change
Eventuell ombokning, namnändring eller ändring av resedeltagare sker i mån av möjlighet och är alltid beroende av externa leverantörers godkännande.
Sådana ändringar kan medföra:

administrativa avgifter från Alma Golf

namnändringsavgifter från flygbolag

ombokningskostnader från hotell eller golfanläggningar

eventuella merkostnader för nya bokningar
Alma Golf kan inte garantera att ombokning eller namnändring är möjlig.
6. Travel insurance and travel documents
Kunden ansvarar själv för att:

inneha giltig reseförsäkring
-
ha avbeställningsskydd vid behov
-
kontrollera passets giltighetstid
-
säkerställa visumkrav
-
uppfylla vaccinationskrav
-
inneha övriga nödvändiga resehandlingar
Alma Golf ansvarar inte för kostnader som uppstår på grund av bristfälliga resehandlingar eller utebliven försäkring.
7. Competition format and leaderboard
Alma Golf offers golf tournament planning, customized tournament formats, scoring systems, team layouts, leaderboards and other tournament-related solutions as an additional service to enhance the customer's travel experience.
These services are intended for entertainment, group engagement and competition administration and do not constitute official competition results according to the rules of golf clubs, golf district associations or the Swedish Golf Association unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate player and handicap information.
8. Personal digital travel site
Alma Golf offers each group a personal digital travel page where participants have access to:
travel information
flight details
transfers
hotel information
tee times
participant lists
daily program
restaurant reservations
competition schedule
leaderboard
important contact information
live updates when needed
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information to Alma Golf. Alma Golf is not responsible for errors that occur as a result of incorrect or late information from the customer.
9. Supplier responsibility
Alma Golf acts in some cases as an organizer and in some cases as an intermediary of travel services from external suppliers such as:
airline
Hotel
golf resorts
transfer company
restaurants
activity organizers
Each supplier is responsible for the correct performance of their services according to their own terms and conditions and applicable legislation.
Alma Golf is not responsible for supplier delays, cancelled services, bankruptcies or changes beyond our control, beyond what follows from applicable package travel legislation.
10. Force Majeure
Alma Golf is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as:
natural disasters
extreme weather conditions
strikes
war
terrorism
pandemics
epidemics
authority decision
flight cancellations
political unrest
technical failures at suppliers
In such situations, the respective supplier's rules and applicable legislation apply, including the Package Travel Act where applicable.
11. Complaints
Any errors or deficiencies must be reported immediately during the trip so that Alma Golf or the supplier concerned is given the opportunity to correct the problem on site.
Complaints after returning home must be made in writing within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days from returning home unless there are special reasons.
Failure to file a complaint may affect the right to compensation.
12. Personal data (GDPR)
Alma Golf processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is processed in order to:
manage bookings
to carry out trips
manage payments
communicate travel information
create personal travel pages
provide competition administration
to fulfill legal obligations

13. Package Travel Act
When Alma Golf sells package tours, applicable parts of the Swedish Package Travel Act (2018:1217) apply.
This means, among other things, that the customer may be subject to special rights regarding:
organizer's responsibility
refund
rebooking
insolvency protection
remedy for travel errors
Standardized information according to the Package Travel Act is provided in connection with booking where the law applies.
14. Disputes
Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the customer and Alma Golf.
If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved according to Swedish law and by a Swedish court.
Private customers also have the option of turning to the Swedish National Complaints Board (ARN) for dispute resolution.
15. Changes to terms and conditions
Alma Travel reserves the right to update these general terms and conditions as necessary.
The version of the terms and conditions that applies is the one that the customer approved at the time of booking, unless legislation requires otherwise.
